What does “used batteries” mean? Are they refurbished?

No, they are not refurbished. These are unused returns, typically due to:

  • Incorrect capacity purchased
  • Compatibility issues

All returned units are fully tested and only have minor surface scratches from transit.

We still offer a 5-year warranty for used batteries.

Why a 10-year lifespan but only a 5-year warranty?

The 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance issues under proper use.

The 10-year lifespan refers to expected longevity with correct maintenance—thanks to our automotive-grade LiFePO4 cells.

Battery Charging Guide

Can I use a lead-acid charger for your LiFePO₄ battery?

You can use a lead-acid charger for short-term charging.

However, for long-term use, we recommend a dedicated LiFePO₄ charger to ensure optimal performance and battery longevity.

Can I use a standard charger to charge a 12V LiFePO₄ battery?

Yes, as long as the charger meets these 3 conditions:

  1. Supports LiFePO₄ charging mode
  2. Charging voltage: 14.2V–14.6V
  3. Charging current is within the BMS protection limit

If your charger meets all three, you're good to go.

Can I use a 29.2V charger to charge a 24V system (2x 12V in series)?

Yes! A 29.2V charger is suitable for a 24V battery system built from two 12V LiFePO₄ batteries in series.

Series & Parallel Setup FAQs

Is a single 24V battery better than two 12V batteries in series?

Yes — a single 24V battery offers greater system stability.

Fewer connections mean fewer voltage variations and a more reliable setup than connecting two 12V batteries in series.

Is a single 200Ah battery better than two 100Ah in parallel?

In most cases, yes.
A single 200Ah battery is generally more stable and efficient than two 100Ah batteries in parallel.

However:

  • If space is limited, a single 200Ah is ideal.
  • If space is flexible, either option can work.
Can I connect two 50Ah batteries in parallel and then connect a 100Ah battery in series?

No, we don’t recommend this setup.

Mixing different capacities (50Ah and 100Ah) is not allowed, as it can cause imbalance and damage the batteries.

For safe parallel connection:

  • Use the same brand, capacity, and model
  • Batteries should be purchased within 3 months of each other

To expand capacity, only connect identical batteries (e.g., 50Ah + 50Ah).
