Which lithium battery lasts the longest?
When it comes to battery longevity, lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries lead the pack. They are EV-grade LiFePO4 cells and up to 10-year lifespan, 4000+ cycles at 100% DOD, stable long-term charge and discharge. This makes them perfect for users who need durability and long-term reliability. If you're looking for a dependable option, Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries are designed for extended use and consistent performance. With a strong casing and high cycle life, these batteries are an excellent investment for anyone prioritizing longevity.
How to test a 12V lithium battery?

How should the batteries be series and paralleled?
Wear insulating gloves for protection before connecting. Please pay attention to operational safety during the connection process. It's recommended to connect in parallel first, then in series. 1. To connect batteries in parallel: positive terminal to positive terminal (+ to + ) ; negative terminal to negative terminal (- to - ) , which increases capacity (Ah). 2. To connect batteries in series, connect the positive terminal to the negative terminal (+ to -), which increases the voltage (V). If you have more batteries, we recommend connecting up to 4P4S (48V/16 units ).
How many batteries can be connected in series and parallel?
Yes, you can charge a Power Queen 12V LiFePO₄ battery with solar panels, but make sure to use a compatible solar charge controller (MPPT ) designed for lithium batteries.
Can I charge a Power Queen 12V lithium battery with solar panels?
For bundled orders, items are shipped in separate packages and will have multiple tracking numbers. These packages may not arrive at the same time. Please check all tracking numbers on the Track Order page to track the remaining packages.
Can I use a standard charger to charge your 12V LiFePO4 battery?
Yes, if your charger is compatible with LiFePO4 batteries, there is no problem charging with your battery. Also, you can check it yourself: To charge our 12V LiFePO4 battery, the charging device should meet the following conditions: 1. Support LiFePO4 battery charging mode. 2. The charging voltage is between 14.2 V and 14.6 V. 3. The charging current must not exceed the maximum continuous charging and discharging current rating. If so, then it won't be a problem to charge the 12V batteries.
How do I choose a charger for a 12V LiFePO₄ battery?
Choose a charger specifically designed for LiFePO₄ batteries, with a charging voltage of 14.2V - 14.6V and no float or trickle charging stage. Next, consider the charging time. For example, a 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery takes about 10 hours to fully charge at 10A, but only 5 hours at 20A.
Can I fully drain a LiFePO₄ battery before recharging?
It's not recommended to fully drain a LiFePO₄ battery to 0%, as it may shorten the battery's lifespan. For optimal performance and cycle life, we recommend keeping the battery at 20-80% cycles, and 50% SOC is better for long-term storage.
Will the battery be fully charged when I receive it?
Due to battery shipping requirements, we will charge the battery to 30%-50% before shipping. Therefore, when you receive your battery, please fully charge it before you begin using it.

What is the lifespan of a 24V lithium battery?
Power Queen 24V LiFePO₄ battery typically lasts 4,000 cycles(at 100% DOD), depending on usage and charging conditions. That's equivalent to 10 years or more with regular use and proper care.
What is the maximum voltage of a 24V lithium battery?
The fully charged voltage of a 24V LiFePO₄ battery is typically 28.4V to 29.2V Always refer to your battery's manual for the exact charging voltage range.
How do I choose a charger for a 24V LiFePO₄ battery?
To properly charge a 24V LiFePO₄ battery, a charger with a voltage range of 28.4V to 29.2V is necessary. If a charger with lower voltage is used, it can still charge the battery, but it won't reach 100% full capacity.
36V LiFePO4 Battery
Can I use 12V LiFePO4 batteries in series for a 36V trolling motor?
Yes, you can connect three 12V LiFePO₄ batteries in series to create a 36V battery system. This setup is commonly used for 36V trolling motors. Make sure the combined capacity meets your motor's power demands.
Can I install two 36V LiFePO4 batteries in series for 72V ?
Sorry, connecting two 36V batteries in series is not recommended. Due to the high voltage and will damage the BMS.
Can 36V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery power high-thrust trolling motor?
Yes, 36V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery is suitable for most 36V trolling motors, including models with thrust ratings between 100–200 lb. Always check your motor’s voltage requirements for best performance.
Can Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries be used as a starting battery for a 36V golf cart ?
No, currently we do not recommend using our battery for any application that need to be started.
What’s needed to switch from 6V or 8V FLA to LiFePO4 in my golf cart?
Our batteries are Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) , if you need to replace the original lead acid batteries in your golf cart with our batteries, you need to confirm the following points:
1. Voltage platform and power rating of the motor;
2. Check the battery dimensions and ensure there is sufficient space for installation.
3. Whether there is a suitable mounting method;
4. Confirm whether the charger is compatible with our LiFePO4 battery.
Can I use my original charger for a 36V LiFePO₄ battery?
Yes, as long as your charger supports LiFePO4 batteries. We recommend a charging voltage between 42.6V and 43.8V for optimal performance.
48V LiFePO4 Battery
Can I connect 48V LiFePO4 batteries from different brands together?
No, connecting batteries from different brands is not advised.
The premise of batteries connection is:
a. identical batteries with the same battery capacity (Ah) and BMS (A);
b. from the same brand;
c. purchased in near time (within 1 months).
Can 48V LiFePO4 batteries be connected in parallel or series?
For safety and performance, Due to the high voltage of our 48V lithium (LiFePO4) batteries, we don't support connecting the batteries in series anymore. However, we can support parallel connection of up to four 48V lithium batteries.
How long can a 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery power a 50W fridge?
The capacity of the 48V 100Ah lithium (LiFePO4) battery is 5,120Wh, and the power of the refrigerator is 50W. It can continuously run the refrigerator for 5,120Wh,/50W=102.4hrs≈4 day. Longer runtimes require additional capacity.
Recommended charging specs for 48V LiFePO4battery?
The charge voltage of 48V lithium (LiFePO4) battery is recommended to be 57.6 (± 0.8 ) and the charge current is recommended to 0.2C rate.

What does Power Queen Battery Bluetooth APP track?
The app monitors your battery’s real-time status, including:
Charging status
Voltage, current, power, capacity and State of Charge (SOC)
Cycle count, temperature, and overall health
View abnormal conditions when protection features are triggered
Do I need internet access to use Power Queen Battery Bluetooth APP ?
Yes, the first time you connect your battery to the app, you’ll need internet access to complete the initial registration.
After that, the app works via Bluetooth only, no internet required. This makes it ideal for off-grid environments like RVs, cabins, campers, or remote homes.
Tips: If you’re in an area without internet for up to 30 days, and continue using the app offline, everything will function normally. However, once you reconnect to the internet, the app may prompt you to log in again.
Does Power Queen Battery Bluetooth APP require registration?
yes, the app requires an internet connection to be used and registration is necessary.
Does Power Queen battery Bluetooth APP work in remote areas?
Yes, Power Queen Battery Bluetooth app works in remote areas after you complete the initial registration online. Here's what you need to do first:
1. When connected to the internet, log in to the app and add your device (scan the QR code and make sure Bluetooth and GPS are enabled on your phone).
2. Once setup is complete, you can use the app offline to monitor your battery via Bluetooth—no internet required.
Can I turn off the BMS output via the Battery Bluetooth APP for storage?
Generally, If the battery has Bluetooth,it is possible. You can then turn it off using Power Queen Battery Bluetooth APP.
Can I use Power Queen battery Bluetooth APP with batteries from other brands?
Currently, only Power Queen batteries with built-in Bluetooth are compatible with our Power Queen app. Other brand batteries are not supported at this time.
What's the Bluetooth range?
Both apps maintain a stable connection within 10–15 meters (30–50 feet), depending on the environment and obstacles.

Is Power Queen solar charge controller work with a lead-acid battery?
Yes. Power Queen MPPT Solar Charge Controller’s default setting is for 12V LiFePO4 battery. But it’s also compatible for 24V LiFePO4 battery, Lihtium, FLD, GEL Lead-acid batteries and USE (user-definable) .
Can I use solar charge controller to connect 12V solar panel to charge 24V battery?
No, a single 12V solar panel doesn’t produce enough voltage to charge a 24V battery. You’ll need at least two 12V panels wired in series. Together, they generate around 40V operating voltage (Vmp) , which the MPPT Solar Charge controller will regulate to safely charge your 24V battery.

Power Inverter
Are Power Queen power inverters pure sine wave?
Yes, Power Queen inverters provide pure sine wave output. Pure sine wave inverters deliver smooth, consistent power that’s perfect for sensitive electronics and appliances. They are suitable for TVs, computers, coffee makers, toasters, refrigerators, and gaming consoles.
How do I know what power inverter wattage I need?
To choose the right inverter wattage, add up the wattage of all the devices you plan to run at the same time, including their startup (surge) power. It’s best to pick an inverter rated 10–30% higher than this total to ensure safe operation.
For example, if your devices require a total of 600W, a 700W or higher inverter would be recommended.
Reminder: To account for the surge power of the loads, it is recommended not to turn on all loads at the same time.

What protections do Power Queen battery inverters include?
Power Queen inverters typically come with protections against over-voltage, low-voltage, overheat, overload, and short-circuit to safeguard your devices and inverter.
Does Power Queen inverter have a ground terminal inside the unit?
Yes, Power Queen inverter is equipped with a grounding terminal, and we also provide a grounding wire.
Does Power Queen inverter have a remote controller?
Yes, our inverters come with a remote control, allowing you to monitor the inverter in real time and conveniently turn it on or off without needing to access the main unit.
Why does the battery shut down when I turn on the inverter, how fix it?
There is a capacitor in the input port of the inverter. When the inverter is switched on, the battery needs to charge the capacitor first if the capacitor is off power, and when the capacitor is fully charged the inverter can start with load normally.
The inrush current during the charging of the capacitor is very high and if the capacitor is not fully charged during one turn-on, the BMS will cut the circuit to protect the battery.
We recommend that you add a surge suppressors or resistors with a power of 10W to 50W and a resistance of 20Ω to 50Ω between the battery and the inverter, which can be connected for only 3-5 seconds to solve this problem.
AC-DC Charger
Will the battery be fully charged when I receive it?
Due to the requirements of battery transportation, we will charge the battery to a 30%-50% charge level before we ship it to you. So the battery is not fully charged when received, we recommend fully charging it before starting to use.
Does Power Queen have Anderson Connector inbox?
Yes, the majority of Power Queen's chargers come equipped with Anderson connectors. For example, models like the Power Queen 14.6V 10A, 14.6V 20A, 14.6V 40A, and 29.2V 20A chargers include Anderson connectors along with M8 battery terminals, providing a convenient and secure connection.
If you are purchasing our LiFePO4 battery, it's recommended to check the product manual or contact the seller to confirm whether the Anderson connector is included to ensure compatibility with your charger.
Why it is recommended to store the batteries at a 50% charge level?
The reason why we recommend storing the battery at a 50% charge level is that the composition and performance of the battery are relatively stable at 50% charge, and a 50% battery charge level is relatively better for long-term storage compared with 100% fully charged.
Can I use a standard charger to charge 12V lithium battery?
No, 12V lithium ( LiFePO4 ) batteries require a specific charger designed for lithium ( LiFePO4 ) technology to prevent overcharging and ensure safety.
To charge our 12V LiFePO4 battery, the charging devices should meet the conditions as below:
1)Support LiFePO4 battery charging mode
2)The charging voltage is between 14.2V to 14.6V
3)The charging current shoule be less than the BMS which could withstand.
If so, then it won't be a problem to charge the 12V batteries.
Can I use solar charge controller to connect 12V solar panel to charge 24V battery?
No, a single 12V solar panel doesn’t produce enough voltage to charge a 24V battery. You’ll need at least two 12V panels wired in series. Together, they generate around 40V operating voltage (Vmp) , which the MPPT Solar Charge controller will regulate to safely charge your 24V battery.
Can a lead-acid charger charge your LiFePO4 batteries?
Not recommended, as lead-acid chargers may affect the performance of lithium batteries. It is advised to use a dedicated lithium battery charger to maximize battery performance.
Is it bad to completely discharge a LiFePO4 battery?
It is not suggested to completely discharge LiFePO4 batteries. Although these batteries may withstand deeper discharges better than lead-acid batteries, constantly draining them to 0% might shorten their life and performance. It is advisable to recharge the battery before it dips to a very low level, preferably 20% or more.
Is it OK to charge LiFePO4 to 100%?
Yes, Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries may be recharged to 100%. Unlike other lithium battery chemistries, LiFePO4 batteries are engineered to withstand complete charges without severe harm. However, for maximum longevity, it is frequently recommended to keep the battery's SOC between 20% and 80% during normal operation.
Why is the charger light abnormal or the red light blinking, even when fully charged?
Please don't worry. If the charger or battery is malfunctioning, it is recommended to replace either the charger with the original battery or the battery with the original charger and test again to determine whether the issue lies with the charger or the battery.
Why does the battery drain fast and not reach full capacity?
To better analyze your issue, since requirements may vary depending on the situation, please check the information below, I will offer my support to you:
1.May I know your order number?
2.What's the model of charger you are using?
3.Could you please let me know the resting voltage of your batteries?
• The voltage needs to be tested at rest (with zero current) after 3 hrs of disconnecting from the charger & loads.
4. How can you tell if the battery is draining quickly? Please provide the load power and usage duration when the battery does not reach full capacity.
The voltage dropped from 14.2V to 13.4V, why so fast? Is the battery damaged?
Based on the characteristics of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, the voltage measured by all LiFePO4 batteries during charging is not the real voltage of the battery. Therefore, after charging and disconnecting the battery from the power source, the voltage of the battery will gradually drop to its real voltage.
If you need to test the real voltage of the battery, please charge and disconnect the power supply and test its voltage after putting it aside for over 3 hrs. After you test it, please kindly let us know the value.
Can a 29.2V charger charge a 24V battery system with two 12V batteries in series?
Yes, if the charger is compatible with LifePO4 batteries, the 29.2V charger is suitable for charging a 24V battery system consisting of two 12V batteries connected in series.

Can I use Power Queen DC-DC charger for lithium and lead-acid batteries?
Yes. Power Queen DC-DC charger supports multiple battery chemistries, including 12V Lithium (LiFePO4), Gel, AGM, and Calcium batteries etc. You can easily switch between modes to match your battery type.
Is it safe to connect Power Queen DC-DC charger to my vehicle’s alternator?
Yes. Our DC-DC charger can be safely connected to vehicle alternators and outputs charging voltages matched to different types of batteries, ensuring safe battery charging.
How do I know if the charger is working properly?
The charger includes LED indicators to show the working status.
Can I attach solar panel to Power Queen DC-DC charger?
Yes, the Power Queen 2000W inverter supports solar charging, but please ensure that the output voltage of your solar panel falls within the charger's supported input range.
For example, Power Queen's 12V 40A DC-DC charger supports a solar input voltage range of 10V to 30V. A 320W solar panel with a 40V output would exceed this range and is not compatible.
