How do I monitor the battery status?
The Power Queen 12V 100Ah Group 24 Lithium Battery includes an embedded Bluetooth module that can be easily connected to your smartphone using the Bluetooth app by scanning the QR code on the battery's top. What should I do when receive the battery?
Please be aware that your battery may arrive with a low state of charge (SOC) owing to transit and storage. To avoid overdischarge and ensure optimal performance, we recommend charging the battery as soon as possible.

Does this 12V 100Ah Deep Cycle Lithium Battery has low-temperature protection?
Yes, this battery has low-temperature charging-off protection. It's recommend to charge the battery during the temperature range: 0℃ to 50℃ / 32℉ to 122℉.
How many batteries may be connected in series or parallel?
Power Queen's 12V lithium battery allows configurations of up to four batteries in series and four in parallel, allowing you to build a battery system with up to 16 units, providing up to 20.48kWh of capacity and 20.48kW of power.
Note: When connecting batteries in series or parallel, the following conditions must be met:
1. The batteries have the same capacity (Ah) and BMS requirements (A).
2. All batteries are the same brand, as different brands can have different BMS settings.
3. The batteries were purchased at roughly the same time, ideally within one month of each other.
