1. How to earn Power Queen Points?
You can get them by creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, following us on social media, placing orders, or joining special activities. The more you engage, the more Points you earn.
2. How to redeem Points for benefits?
Simply log in to the Membership page to view your available rewards. Choose the benefit you want and click Redeem.
3. What can I redeem Points for?
You can redeem Points for discount coupons, selected products, and other exclusive rewards.

4. Can I cancel, return or exchange rewards redeemed with points?
Once the redemption is completed, rewards cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
5. Are purchases made on third-party platforms eligible for Points?
Currently, Points can only be earned on purchases made directly through our official website. Orders placed via third-party sellers or other platforms are not eligible for rewards.
6. Do taxes or shipping fees earn Points?
No. Points are calculated based on the product subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
7. Can I use a coupon code and a reward coupon on the same order?
Only one coupon can be applied per order, and reward coupons can't be combined with other discount codes. Be sure to check each coupon's details before using it.
8. Can my rewards, benefits, and points be converted into cash?
No. Points, rewards, and benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.
Power Queen reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized sales or transfers.
9. Do I need to pay shipping fees for redeemed products?
Most redeemed items include free shipping, but some products may require additional fees.
10. Do all promotions offer double Points for orders?
Not all promotions include double Points. If a double Points event is available, it will be clearly indicated on the campaign or product page. Please refer to the specific promotion details for confirmation.
