Technical Benefits & FAQs
A 36V lithium battery is more efficient, lighter, and lasts longer than a traditional lead-acid battery. Power Queen's 36V lithium batteries provide consistent power, faster charging, and a longer lifespan, making them the ideal choice for trolling motor, electric vehicles and golf carts.
To maintain your 36V lithium battery, keep it clean, avoid overcharging, and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Power Queen's 36V lithium batteries include built-in BMS (Battery Management System) for safe operation and longevity.
Yes, you can upgrade your golf cart to a 36V lithium battery. Power Queen's 36V 45Ah and 36V 100Ah lithium batteries are compatible with most golf carts, providing enhanced performance, faster charging times, and improved energy efficiency.
Under optimal circumstances, Power Queen 36V LiFePO4 batteries can withstand over 4,000 cycles at 100% depth of drain, or more than ten years of consistent operation.
Yes, Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries can be charged to 100%. LiFePO4 batteries are made to withstand full charges without suffering major damage, however for best longevity, it's usually advised to maintain the battery's state of charge (SOC) between 20% and 80% for everyday use.
To extend the life of your 36V battery, keep it fully charged, avoid overcharging, store it in a cool, dry place, and perform regular maintenance.
Power Queen's 36V batteries are meant to be connected in parallel for increased capacity.
To link batteries in series or parallel, they must meet the following requirements:
- They should be identical batteries, with the same capacity (Ah) and BMS rating (A).
- They must be of the same brand, as lithium batteries from different brands have distinct BMS settings.
- They should be obtained quickly (preferably within a month).
Yes. LiFePO4 is an intrinsically safe chemical and the most stable lithium-ion battery on the market. Power Queen lithium cells are certified by UL, FCC, CE, RoHS, and UN38.3 to ensure their quality and safety.
All Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries include an internal Battery Management System that protects against undervoltage during discharge, overvoltage during charge, overcurrent during discharge, overheating during charge and discharge, and short-circuit protection, which protects battery cells from damage. In addition, Power Queen LiFePO4 Lithium batteries have been tested to be fireproof.
We recommend utilizing a LiFePO4 lithium battery charger to charge these batteries because their charging requirements differ from those of lead-acid batteries.
The following are the charging options for Power Queen lithium golf cart batteries:
1.AC-DC lithium battery charger: To securely charge the battery, use a charger with the correct charging voltage.
2.Solar panels: When utilizing solar panels, make sure you attach a solar charge controller for proper charging.
3.Alternator/Generator:
①If your alternator or generator produces DC power, a DC-to-DC charger is required to connect the battery.
②If your alternator or generator can produce alternating current (AC), connect the battery and generator safely using a compatible battery charger as recommended in the product manual.
Although it is normally safe to leave a LiFePO4 battery on the charger because both the charger and the battery contain a BMS to avoid overcharging, it is still recommended to watch the charging process.
To avoid unnecessary harm, disconnect the battery as soon as it has finished charging.
No, we do not recommend using Power Queen batteries to charge portable power stations such as EcoFlow or Bluetti. This may lead to over-discharge, triggering the battery’s protection mode and causing it to remain in a low-voltage state that cannot be reactivated.
