        Yes, LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is one of the safest and most stable forms of lithium batteries available today. Power Queen lithium cells are UL certified, ensuring the greatest levels of safety and sustainability. Each Power Queen LiFePO4 battery contains an inbuilt Battery Management System (BMS) that provides full protection against a variety of dangers. These include under-voltage during discharge, over-voltage while charging, over-current during discharge, over-temperature during both charging and discharging, and short-circuit events, which ensure the battery cells are not harmed. Furthermore, Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries have been carefully tested and proven to be free of fire and electric shock concerns, even in harsh conditions.

        Q: Can I use Power Queen LiFePO4 Lithium batteries as starting batteries?

        A:

        No, Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries are not designed to be used as starting batteries, but rather for energy storage; please do not use them to start any equipment.

        Q: What's the dimension of group 24 battery?

        A:

        The Group 24 battery, a standard model measuring 10.5″L x 6.1875″W x 8.875″H, is extensively used in cars, backup power systems, and medical equipment. These batteries are often utilized as deep cycle batteries rather than engine starters.

        Q: What to do when receive the battery?

        A:

        Please charge the Bluetooth battery first after receiving it. This guarantees that the battery may be turned on and a Bluetooth connection is established.  

        Our Bluetooth batteries are given in the off state, with the battery terminal's virtual voltage ranging from 3V to 5V. This is a regular occurrence; merely charge the battery with an AC-DC lithium battery charger or an MPPT solar charge controller before turning it on to use it correctly.

        If you intend to store the battery for an extended period of time, we recommend charging it to a state of charge (SOC) of 30% to 50% and doing maintenance every three months. These methods will help it work and perform well in the long run.

        Q: Can I charge the Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries in cold weather (below freezing)?

        A:

        LiFePO4 batteries may be charged safely at temperatures from 32℉ to 122 ℉ (0℃ to 50℃). The Power Queen 24V 50Ah Smart Deep Cycle Lithium Battery includes low-temperature charging safety, which prohibits charging when the battery cell temperature drops below 32°F. This function saves battery cells from harm when charged at low temperatures.
