Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty is the commercial guarantee provided by Power Queen. It grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

 Warranty Conditions The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If gifted or resold, warranty claims must be made through the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Batteries replaced or repaired under warranty do not receive a new warranty term; they continue under the original warranty period.

Procedures for Warranty Claims

We will respond to your issue within 24 hours, provide troubleshooting support, help restore normal battery operation, and offer guidance on the optimal way to use the product.

If our product fails to work normally, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the necessary battery tests. Once both parties confirm that a quality issue exists, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Please return the affected battery to our designated warehouse, and we will send you a replacement as soon as we receive it.

Please contact service@ipowerqueen.com for return instructions. After the returned battery is received, our technical team will inspect and test it to help us better understand and prevent such issues in the future.

 30 days Return Window Policy

Powerqueen will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defect product, delayed shipping, or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement & Refund Policy

Powerqueen will provide a replacement for any defective products. If a customer insists on a return and refund due to special circumstances, the following terms apply:

Depreciation Calculation: The monthly depreciation fee is calculated as follows:

Monthly Deduction = Purchase Price ÷ Total Warranty Months

 

Order Cancellation

The buyer can cancel the order at any time before the order is processed. If the order cannot be canceled before the process, the buyer needs to try to contact logistics by telling them to refuse the package.

 If fail to refuse the package after trying the above steps, the buyer can arrange a return based on the Powerqueen's return and refund policy.

 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

 Normal wear and tear or aging (including appearance and gradual capacity loss).

 Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs.

 Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

 Use outside the product’s intended application, including starter use if not designed for it.

 Failure to follow product manuals, instructions, or safety guidelines.

 Limitation of Liability

Power Queen and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
