Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Power Queen. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable energy solutions for our global customers. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

We provide a pro-rata warranty for poor performance of products when used correctly following the product manual instructions.

  • 12V 6Ah / 10Ah / 12Ah: 3-Year Warranty

  • Used–Like New Batteries: 5-Year Warranty

  • Used–Very Good Batteries: 5-Year Warranty

  • Refurbished Batteries: 3-Year Warranty

2️⃣ Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If gifted or resold, warranty claims must be made through the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

  • Batteries replaced or repaired under warranty do not receive a new warranty term; they continue under the original warranty period.


3️⃣ Procedures for Warranty Claims

We’ll assist to analyze the consumer’s problem within 24 hours, help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.
If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we’ll send a new battery replacement for the defective battery after it has been returned to our US warehouse using the pre-paid label we provide. The defective battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.

4️⃣ Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or aging (including appearance and gradual capacity loss).

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

  • Use outside the product’s intended application, including starter use if not designed for it.

  • Failure to follow product manuals, instructions, or safety guidelines.


5️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Power Queen and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
