FAQ
What to pay attention to after receiving the delivery?
Please charge the Bluetooth battery first, after receiving it. This ensures that the battery can be turned on and that a Bluetooth connection is formed.
Our Bluetooth batteries are provided in the off condition, with the virtual voltage of the battery terminal ranging from 3V to 5V. This is a common phenomenon; simply charge the battery with an AC-DC lithium battery charger or an MPPT solar charge controller and turn it on to use it properly.
Can I connect this GC2 batteries in series or parallel?
The 48V GC2 lithium golf cart battery only permits parallel connections, not series. It supports up to eight batteries (8P) connected in parallel to generate 12.288kWh of energy.
How to Charge 48V (51.2V) 30Ah LiFePO4 battery?
1. LiFePO4 Battery Charger
We recommend using a 48V (58.4V) battery charger to maximize the capacity
Recommend charging voltage: 56.8V ~ 58.4V
Recommend charging current: 6A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5hrs to 100% capacity. 15A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2hrs to around 97% capacity.
Attention:
Connect the charger to the battery before connecting it to the grid power in case of sparks.
Remember to disconnect the charger from the battery after fully charging.
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 500W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥500W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
3. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 56.8V ~ 58.4V .
The Recommended Charging Current: ① 6A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 15A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
How can inserting lithium batteries increase the performance of a golf cart?
Lithium batteries provide greater power to your golf cart than typical lead-acid batteries. This means you can easily navigate hills and inclines, and your golf cart will have a higher top speed.
Is a 48V Lithium Golf Cart Battery Better Than 36V?
While 36V configurations have been prevalent in golf carts for many years and operate well, there are significant benefits to employing a 48V system:
Faster Acceleration: A 48V system produces more low-end torque, allowing for faster acceleration.
Increased Power: A 48V system provides more overall power, which is useful for conquering hills and difficult terrain.
Improved Efficiency: 48V batteries use less amps, making them more efficient than 36V batteries. This efficiency translates into more usage on a single charge.
Better for Rough Terrain: A 48V system can handle tougher terrain, allowing for off-road capability and better navigation through hills.
Can Power Queen LiFePO₄ batteries be used to charge a portable power station?
No, we do not recommend using Power Queen batteries to charge portable power stations such as EcoFlow or Bluetti. This may lead to over-discharge, triggering the battery’s protection mode and causing it to remain in a low-voltage state that cannot be reactivated.
