This makes them ideal for those that require durability and long-term dependability. If you're looking for a reliable solution, our LiFePO4 batteries are engineered for long-term use and constant performance. With a sturdy shell and a long cycle life, these batteries are an ideal choice for anyone who values longevity.

          Q: Is it OK to charge LiFePO4 to 100%?

          A:

          Yes, Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries may be recharged to 100%. Unlike other lithium battery chemistries, LiFePO4 batteries are engineered to withstand complete charges without severe harm. However, for maximum longevity, it is frequently recommended to keep the battery's SOC between 20% and 80% during normal operation.

          Q: What is the difference between 12V regular and 12V deep cycle?

          A:

          The primary distinction between a 12V regular battery and a 12V deep cycle battery is how they distribute electricity. A typical battery, such as a vehicle battery, is designed to produce a fast burst of high power to start an engine, but it cannot withstand deep discharges well. In contrast, a deep cycle battery has larger plates and is intended to give consistent power over a longer length of time. It can be drained and recharged repeatedly without damage, making it excellent for applications such as solar power systems or RVs that require steady energy over time.

          Q: Do LiFePO4 batteries require any maintenance?

          A:

          LiFePO4 batteries require essentially no maintenance. However, if the battery is not in use for an extended period of time, it should be inspected for loose connections on a regular basis and stored in a cool, dry location.

          Q: Is it bad to completely discharge a LiFePO4 battery?

          A:

          It is not suggested to completely discharge LiFePO4 batteries. Although these batteries may withstand deeper discharges better than lead-acid batteries, constantly draining them to 0% might shorten their life and performance. It is advisable to recharge the battery before it dips to a very low level, preferably 20% or more.
