Yes, LiFePO4 is an inherently safe chemistry and is considered the most stable lithium battery type on the market. Each Power Queen LiFePO4 battery comes equipped with an internal Battery Management System (BMS) that offers protection against under-voltage during discharge, over-voltage during charge, over-current during discharge, over-temperature during both charge and discharge, and short circuits, safeguarding the battery cells. Additionally, Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries have been rigorously tested to ensure they are free from the risk of fire and electric shock, even in harsh environments.
Can I use Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries as starting batteries?
No, Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries are specifically designed for energy storage and are not suitable for use as starting batteries. Avoid using them to start any devices.

Can this battery be used in series to build a 48-volt system?
Yes. Power Queen 12V deep cycle lithium batteries can be connected 4 in series to create a 48V battery system.
Note: DO NOT connect batteries with different chemistries in series or parallel:
1. Batteries must be similar in terms of capacity (Ah) and BMS (A).
2. Batteries from the same brand are preferred, as different brands have unique BMS.
3. Batteries should be purchased within a month.
How many Power Queen 12V 300Ah lithium Batteries can I connect at most?
The 12V series batteries offer flexible connection options, including series, parallel, and series-parallel configurations. You can connect up to four 12V 300Ah batteries in series, four in parallel, or up to sixteen in a series-parallel setup, achieving a total capacity of 40.96 kW and 61.44 kWh of energy.
Ensure that batteries of the same model and similar capacity are used for these configurations.
How do I store Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries?
It is recommended to store Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, cycle the batteries at least every 6 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃～35℃ (50℉～95℉), 45%RH～75％RH.
Can I charge Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels?
Yes, you can charge Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels. Here are 3 recommended ways to charge LiFePO4 lithium batteries.
1. Using Solar Panels
The Power Queen 12V 300Ah lithium battery can be fully charged by in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5hrs/day) by 1200W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥1200W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
2. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations.
The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 60A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 150A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger.
The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V.
The Recommended Charging Current: ① 60A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 150A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.

Can Power Queen LiFePO₄ batteries be used to charge a portable power station?
No, we do not recommend using Power Queen batteries to charge portable power stations such as EcoFlow or Bluetti. This may lead to over-discharge, triggering the battery’s protection mode and causing it to remain in a low-voltage state that cannot be reactivated.

I bought one 300ah battery at first. Thought i had a problem with the battery. Powerqueen support is the best i have dealt with. Usually I am somewhat of a annoyed person. Powerqueen took ownership of my concerns and put me at ease. So i bought another battery. I have plans to buy 4 more 300ah batteries. These batteries are incredible!! They last a long time and have slow discharge. I am running a 1000w on roof in serial. Victron 250/70 and not happy with the Renogy inverter. Anyway looking for a sale from powerqueen to get more trying to get 6 12.8v in parallel.

I bought one 300ah battery to build a solar generator. It's done a great job, Now I've bought 8 more to power my house. Shipping was much faster than expected and every email I sent customer service was replied to in one day. I would like to see them add a communication port to each of the battery BMS so they can communicate with solar charge controllers but otherwise a great buy.

Off the grid solar power, AGM batteries failed after 3 years. Installed Power Queen Lithium battery replacements September 2024, 48 Volt 300AH string). Looking forward to 10+ years of battery life,
The system remains powered 100% of the time with a very small load and the facility is used 6 to 8 times a year with much higher loads (4 KW peak). Set solar controller bulk / absorb / float charge at 58.4 Volts. Product manual does not specify float charge, I may lower the float voltage to 54.4 volts.

Runs both perfect not a problem, charging with 720 watts from 4 bougerv 180 watt panels to a victron 100/50 or a 20 amp ac charger. As also expressed by multiple professionals in the power business, Power Queen's batteries provide great "bang for the buck". And their 12V 300Ah unit provides 3.84kWh (3,840 Watt hours), which is really an excellent value at this point in time.
The price on this model is great, but price isn't everything. If you search, you will most likely find cheaper options, but they may not be the best options. You need to make sure the company will back up the warranty & provide the support you need when something goes wrong, or you might be sorry about that lowest price when you can't get critical support. Worse than that, there are companies actually lying about the battery power inside the case!
We recently had to setup a system to power a large oxygen machine several states away from us. Having a fatal lung disease, the patient would have to be rushed to the hospital quickly if the system failed. We trusted this PQ300 to handle it if the other 2 batts from another company failed. We did end up having a problem with this order. Though it was no fault of PQ's, we contacted PQ support & were answered promptly with eagerness to assist.
Thanks to Yuki for that one, but there are plenty others working in the support dept. who will not leave you hanging. So far, PQ has been nothing but professional, offering great batteries at a great price, AND backing them up properly. Slam Dunk Power Queen!
